Description:
I have a site, skinthis.com. We sell templates and site skins. I need someone to modify perlbill's ordering system for me so that when choosing the "multiple" order method, people will see a thumbnail of the skin, and the price or the skin. Much like on <a href="http://www.cpskins.com/billing/client.cgi?do=register">http://www.cpskins.com/billing/client.cgi?do=register</a>
I also need the script to refuse access to a download unless we approve them via the admin panel. Once approved, an email will be sent to them telling them the link to find the download at.
It should function much like cpskins.com's order form. should omit the www.domain and such after initial order part too. just like cpskin's
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation of package and integration into perlbill.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

red hat linux 7.3
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Dec 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
