Both pages will use information from an access table with the following fields: Name: text 50 Age: text 5 Sex: text 5 Hair: text 20 Skin: text 20 Eye: text 50 Type text 50 City: text 50 State: text 50 Country: text 50 1) Registration page: the page should start by asking to enter a login and a password two times to make sure it is the right password. It should also ask for complete cellphone number. When registering the cellphone number a sign + should be added before the cellphone number. Under this we should have all the other fields: name (alias), age, sex, hair, eye. We would use pulldown menus whenever it is possible (ie. hair, eye, age, etc) 2) Search: using the above fields, we will create a search function. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
