Description:
I would like all three listed items for a package deal, the ideal coder will be fluent in PHP and MYSQL, have a good background in coding in these lanuages, and offer tech support to meet the desired goal. Please tell me how long the project will take and post any questions you may have, thanks

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

PHP and MYSQL

I am a web programmer with more than 3 years experience in using Php and MySQL.

Would you please explain more clearly what you want to get so I can place an accurate bid?

How do you want the FAQs to be generated? Entered in an admin area and then shown in the site?

What about the rating system?
Would you like users to rate a message to tell how useful it was?

I'd really like to confirm what you want so I can propose a system.
