About Us How Rent A Coder Came To Be      Rent A Coder is the brain-child of Ian Ippolito, the CEO of Exhedra Solutions, Inc. and is a subsidiary of Exhedra.  As a programmer himself, Ian had been receiving too many requests for custom programming. After turning away numerous paying customer, he realized that there was a need that was not being met. In January of 2001 he began sketching out the idea while on training trips and a long vacation in Italy. By the middle of the year the site was ready to go live. At the time of this writing…only a year later, the site facilitates an average of 1,217 successful software projects a month. The majority of buyers on the site are from the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia (in order of volume). About the Rent a Coder Employees Ian Ippolito, Owner Ian has a bachelor's of computer science degree from the University of Central Florida. He is the creator of Rent a Coder. Judi Edgington, Head Facilitator Judi has a bachelor's of business degree in M.I.S. from the University of South Florida and is pursuing a Master's degree in M.I.S..  She is the head facilitator of Rent a Coder. Amanda Miller, Facilitator Amanda is pursuing a degree at St Petersburgh College.  She is a facilitator on Rent a Coder. Erika Kovacs, Facilitator and Content Manager Erika has a bachelor's of business degree in M.I.S. from the University of South Florida.  She does double duty as both a facilitator and a content manager for Rent a Coder.
