HG was most gracious during our interactions, despite the fact that I wasn't always clear (in "programmer-ese") about what I wanted done. Also, I did ask him to do one other thing for which we hadn't originally contracted. He graciously made the change. And, in double checking the "program"'s operation (he was revising Web site pages), I found a problem in a page he hadn't worked on. He fixed my original programmer's code to correct the problem. The final job was delivered _above_ the original specifications, and _before_ the requested date. My shopping cart is now running to my expectations!
