DB manager for MS Access databases, MS SQL Server, Oracle database servers. Its goal is to bring
a common interface for all of them, and to allow remote administration, visualisation, modification of
databases structure, data. Also it targets to allow easy transfer of data between databases
(no matter of server type). It uses ADO for accessing database servers.
This application is in development stage.

Japanese <-> Romanian dictionary written in VC++. The specific of this application resides if that there
must be used Japanese characters (kana, kanji alphabets) and must be able to run on all Windows platforms (Win9x/WinNT).
As the UNICODE support on Win9x is very reduced, the True-Type fonts must be used at a lower level and Windows
standard controls must be customized in order to allow display, edit text containing these characters.

I consider that important requirements in order to reach the buyer's needs are to understand exactly what he wants,
to maintain a high level of communication and to create (before starting implementation) complete specifications.
For software to be good, first of all it must be very well designed.
Also, there must be paid lot of attention to chosen development environments and technologies, to fit with the application and
the developer must be open to any different/new things than he is used with.
