Description:
Need a Website completed for my online server rental company "Black Widow Servers". I need a Flash Intro and Flash website. I have a template for the site and a rough intro template. Most of the text is complete as is the ordering forms and rcon program.
Intro - The intro will be a black widow spider creating my company name with its web, "Black Widow Servers". The the spider is to walk above and centered the name it created. Then with a "loud" sound jump at the screen.
Website template is pretty much what I am looking for. Some changes or improvements are welcomed. The site is a few pages and has PHP ordering. Listed below are the pages to be listed on the menu links on the left.
Homepage - The main body will be for "news". It will be where I put occasional news items. Now, one the left is a small menu box with "news" on it. This will be changed to "Games". Here I will be listing (text) which games I host. I would like the text to match the games "box lettering". But, is not required. Both the "news" and "games" text will need to edited now and then. So, detailed instructions on editing these areas will be required.
Servers - This will be a page describing my servers,network and bandwidth. All the info for this page is on my old site. It will need to be transfered to this site. http://flat-liners.com/servers.shtml
Ordering - This is php ordering forms and calculations. It consists of two ordering pages(1 and 2) and the Paypal subscription and notification php all are done already. Support - This will be a page with 3 links. The first link will be a support email form to me. This form is not done. The other links "Status" and "Rcon" to these pages. Http://blackwidowservers.com/rcon/webstatus.php and http://blackwidowservers.com/rcon/webrcon.php
I would like these to pages skinned to match the site.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Complete detailed instruction on editing the text on the site with Macromedia Flash or other program.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 1, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Full Flash Site and Intro. Full Instructions on editing the site. Site uploaded and configured on my webserver and 100% functional. FTP access will be granted.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
