The directory is a grouping of "How to" word docs on various user level items. Directory is "HowDoI" with subs of " Operating System" "MS Office" "CablExpress" "Misc" "CLOUT" "CLO" and "IntaNet/Internet". MS Office will be further broken down to Word, OutLook, Access PPoint and Ecxel. What I want/need is is a pretty on stop shopping front end that user can open. This will then list the above subs (in the case of office will open a pulldown listing further) user picks and then it takes them to the associated folder of .docs. Frosting on the cake would be a primative "search" that would allow the users to enter text that would then search the .docs file name (no need for full text search). Make sense? Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
