Description:
NOTICE: This is a repost. Please do not bid unless you are a highly-ranked and rated coder with sample projects to show me for reference purposes. The last coder wound up costing me a lot of time and money, so I have to be quite careful whom I choose on this project. Thank you very much.
This project entails all programming for a psychic website. Features include:
-Online readings via chat in 10,15,30,60--minute blocks, with purchase made through Authorize.net, also, AIM/AOL integration if necessary
-Phone readings which the site only allows the reader to log on for phone availability and have their status reflected dynamically on the site
-Free chat rooms
-Admin area for chats which can ban users, write transcript to a log file in .txt format, and have a page in the admin area for viewing all log files
-PHP message boards for public use, with admin area accessed via admin area. For this part, you may use a 3rd party self-contained message board app, provided it is customizable and adminable and secure
-Content management for up to 10 simple text pages
-Reader account management, including bio associated with each reader's database record and uploading of thumbnail reader pic
All details are included in the attached Word document.
This is an important project, so I will need tech support until the site is running smoothly, which I anticipate will be just a week or two after completion.
Also, please document all code and make a separate checklist of the features you've developed, as you develop them.
ALL DEVELOPMENT must take place on a testing server which will be similar to FreeBSD and MySQL, the setup they currently have. When the site is ready to go live we will upload it to their server.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
