Description:
I require versions of the ScaleX and ScaleY methods which are members of the Form, Printer, UserControl etc objects, but which can be used without needing a form - so in a class module for example, I could call ScaleX to do a conversion.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Example program which demonstrates all conversions with test values, and validates them againts the results from the intrinsic Scale? methods.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Any variant of Windows 9x or NT.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Dec 12, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
The functions must mimic the intrinsic ScaleX and ScaleY functions exactly, and must not depend upon any third party products, or non standard API calls.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello,
The module for the demonstrated functionality is ready and can be sent across asap you select the bid.
Other Scales (as vbUser, vbContainerPosition, vbContainerSize) are not supported as they need the control.
