Description:
I need a program that would be able to create email accounts for free email sites like hotmail and yahoo. It should be able to create these accounts from random entered information or user entered information. It also must save the addresses to a text file. I need it to be done within 2-4 weeks. ALL EMAILS CREATED MUST BE WORKING. ALL EMAILS MUST BE ABLE TO BE CHECKED AT THE SITE THEY ARE FOR. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET AROUND THE GIF PROTECTION. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY RATING DON'T BOTHER BIDDING UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE YOU CAN COMPLETE THIS JOB. THIS LIST OF SITES IT MUST BE ABLE TO CREATE.

P.S. If you can not get around the GIF PROTECTION give me a bid for just the site without the protection. Also If this is not enough money for this project I would be willing to acceppt 5-6 of the sites and then latter have the coder add more sites to the project.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I specialize in developing applications using ASP/PHP/CGI-Perl/Visual Basic as the front end and Text File/XML/MS Access/SQL Server as the database. I have extensive exposure to working with the IE and client side scripting technologies and related applications.
Please find attached a zip file containing a utility that I finished
recently for a customer that makes user accounts on AIM (AOL). It is
combination of two exe. Kindly read the readme.txt file and run
AIMAccountMaker.exe. Instructions for using it are in Readme.txt file.
The features of this software are
1. It takes an initial name (say gunjan and creates an id called gunjan on
AOL. if gunjan exists it tries gunjan1 (the start number is
configurable),gunjan2,gunjan3... till gunjanXYZ is registered. Then it
picks another name from a user defined list.
1. It has the ability to use multiple proxies (for servers that do not
allow n connections per day) Also your account creation activity is
invisible to the server.
2. It has the ability to make accounts from random information or user
defined information.
3. It uses multiple threads (you can have upto 8 threads or more depending
on your internet speed and PC Configuration)
4. If automatically kills JavaScript/VBScript Popop message boxes.
5. Export data to database friendly text file (for using in excel or
Access or other database)
Here is how I can add value to your project.
1. I can provide
you the software that works exactly like your
requirement.
2. You would have the feature to use proxies for querying the
internet to be used by this
software
3. You would also have feature to schedule your activities
4. We would be using a rule based engine i.e. we would be
storing the login scheme of each site in a configuration file. Thus you
would be able to add more sites to it later without modifying the
software. This would also help you in cases when the login scheme changes
for a particular site.
5. The coding would be as per industry standards and would be heavily
commented. Hence if you go through the source, you'll figure out very
easily what is being done and why.
Limitations
1. This software CANNOT handle GIF PROTECTION hence they are useless for
sites that use IMAGE PROTECTION.
