Description:
The project involves presenting an application to users. The application requires that it cannot be closed other than switching the machine off. So Alt F4 and Ctrl-ALt-Del need to be intercepted or blocked. Quite simply that is all we need for now. Moving on once we have established a relationship with a couple of coders, the project will be $100K.
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
