Description:
I have a small website that is geared towards the real estate market. I need to finish off the graphics on 6 pages of the site. This will include complete graphics for all pages needed.
I am looking for a experienced graphic artist who has an excellent imagination for creating a "flow" to a website. Images need to tie into each other and create of very professional look.
I would like to start immediately on this and the auction will most likely close early as soon as I find a person qualified. Please bid quickly.
Only bid if you can submit 3 of your best works in your portfolio. We won't bother opening a dialogue with any designers who cannot provide this. We want to work with the designer in real time....so if a change is requested, we can see the changes in minutes, not days. Please make sure you have enough time in your schedule this week to handle this.
We will supply the name of the URL to the designers we shortlist.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must have excellent knowledge of photoshop, illustrator...etc.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
