My proposed solution would be using ASP (VB Script) only without using any third party controls etc.  2. The flow of the solution would be like this     a. The User First fills in his/her personal details and registers to the site. We can have a customized solution where you can decide whether you want to give the user immediate access to the auction or you want to manually scan the list of users and verify them after some sort of screening exercise such as validating the authenticity etc of the user.     b. All the jobs/projects would be categorized in various categories (You would have the feature to add modify and delete these categories using very simple admin interfaces).
