Description:
I have a website developed in ASP that has a member database. You sign up and enter your personal information including birthday, age range, province/state, and geographical location. The problem is: all 4 items are entered seperately by the member.
I need the signup to automatically populate the age range field (i.e. age 18-24) when they put in their birthday (and not allow under 18 years of age).
I also need the province/state to automatically populate the geographic location (i.e. Northwest USA).
Lastly, I need the existing sql database for these fields mapped to the correct geographical area and age range.
IMPORTANT: I only want an ASP guru as this is a very complex site. You must have a minimum of 3 years of ASP. If you're good and do a good job, there are many more jobs to be done. Preference will be given to those developers who have expertise in sql, VB, and Javascript.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

I need this done as soon as possible.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
