Install the PHP script/program on the server. The program we are using is the pro plus verison of as found at www.phpauction.org Please read and understand it, test the demo, and read the manual, undertand it's parameters etc. To verfiy that you have read about the product, please refer to key word 'irmo' in your bid. 2. Test the program for functionallity and trouble shoot any errors related to it. A knowledge of PHP is needed. This included creating the directory of catagories for the various auctions. 3. Customize the pages with appropriate colors and information (ie contact information etc) html templates as well as the header and footer files, which would cover most any kind of change you would want to do. We will provide all the needed infomation. This program is an open source program... but mostly here we are looking to customize just the HTML and the colors etc.. 4. Create a logo to be used on the site...again it will be a simple logo. Time frame is 7 days from start.
