MS Outlook 2K
Need a plug-in that will FORCE users, prior to sending, to label the e-mail with a classification (Unclasified, SBU or SBU/NOFORN)
This label will be appended to the TOP of the E-Mail and will attach itself to the header and footer of the printed copy.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

plug-in will not allow average user to remove.

Hi There,
I have been using visual basic for quite some years now. I have gained expertise in many differenet areas inlcuding outlook and ie addins as well as smtp applications. All my clients are satisfied with my work and I am sure that you will be 100% satisfied as well. I have a quick turnaround and I am rated top 42 on the top coders list.
Here is a break down of your project:
Phase 1
Planning, analysis of requirements and specifications.
Duration: 2 days
Phase 2
Coding of system to match full functional specifications.
Duration: 7 days
Phase 3
Debugging, thorough testing, fine-tuning and beautifying of system.
Duration: 3 days
The buyer will be consulted throughout the development life-cycle of the system. It is with such strong communication that satisfactory results are obtained.
I have previously made several different outlook addins for clients using rentacoder (check my profile).
This is the way I am planning to code your project:
-When the user sends an email, the user will be requested to select a classifcation of the email.
-This classification could be made as a popup window.
I could add a property page into the Tools | Options menu, that will allow you to add/edit and delete classifications. I am open to any other suggestions.
