Description:

We operate a web-based service that automatically registers customers for thousands of Internet contests.

We wish to build a Windows application that will assist in this process. The software will also allow customers to easily access their list of contest entries.

There are 4 components to this application:

Taskbar-resident User Interface with several XML links to web server.
Compilation of TinyProxy http://tinyproxy.sourceforge.net to run under Windows with Cygwin http://www.cygwin.com
Installation Script
Optional Auto-Upgrade

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
