Description:
Basically It's a program that emulates in very extreme detail what happens on the monitors in the movie The Matrix.
Deliverables:
I need a working .exe I'm not too concerned with the whole Screensaver issue, but it DOES have to work with a windows based platform. No installation required. *Zip file*
There are a lot of little things that I need done that if I were a programmer I'd do myself, but I'm not and that's the whole reason I'm here.
It does have to take up the whole screen, *full screen mode* And the size of the code has to be able to be custom.
I have Bitmaps, Fonts, or whatever else is needed for re-creating an acturate code. It's just getting it on the screen and applying some behaviors.
There are optional things that don't HAVE to be applied but if you visit www.angelfire.com/ultra/matrixscreensaver/ you can see what I'm looking for and get an idea of how much detail I'm trying to get.
Also, any 3D acceleration would be an asset, but not manditory. I AM aware that there are some effects, such as motion blur, glow, etc.. that are often in 3D accelerated interfaces, but again, it's just a prefrence. The actual output would be a 2D output.
Platform:
Should work on ALL windows platforms, but I'm not terribly worried about it. Preferrably XP but support for any other OS's would be really helpful.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I have checked out the website and tried the linked screensaver.
I can create a matrix style screensaver for you. I would use the Delphi programming language to do this.
I could use DirectX, which would make things smooth and use the acceleration of the hardware, or i can do it using the standard windows API.
Since most machines have DirectX installed, it would work on most windows systems.
This bid ammount is for the basic features you want, I can implement ALL the optional features, but that would take more time so i would have to raise my bid, we can discuss what is important to you and arrange a reasonable ammount.
