Description:
The creation of a virtual deck of 78 cards that can be shuffled and then the top card can be dragged and placed anywhere on a virtual table top allowing user to create their own spreads. I have already created the images for the 78 cards and the card backs. I wish to publish this on a CD-ROM for Windows/Macintosh.

I would like it to work like this.

User places CD in computer, Installation package installs software, main graphic appears with title, instuctions, copyright etc. and start button.

User clicks start button which brings up virtual table top with virtual card deck in right bottom corner, in left bottom corner a shuffle button, which when clicked shuffles deck.

User can click and drag top card from deck and place anywhere on virtual table top, when dropped, card flips over revealing face of card. User then can repeat process drawing more cards placing them in whatever spread they wish.

When done user clicks Shuffle button and all cards return to deck and shuffle.

Tarot cards have 22 major arcana cards and 56 minor arcana cards consisting of 4 suits of 14 cards.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
Windows/Macintosh

Hi,
I am more than happy and willing to do this project for you; however I won't be able to produce the app for the Macintosh, only for Windows.

The program should take no more than 2 days to complete, and I'll continue tweaking it until you are 100% happy.

I would be coding it in VB6, and will provide a full install which will run from the CD.

You can look at my past ratings to see that I'm more than qualified to complete this task.

I also would like to win this task since I've always been curious about tarot, and once brought a set, but never got as far as reading them without a book.

If you would like a sample of my work I'll happily provide.

Thanks
Andrew
