The postings will be done by means of ASP to the IIS server and may contain attachments. The information holder database is in MS Access. We will use VB to retrieve the information from the server in https mode. It must also log in to the server with user name and password. Once the data has been retrieved from the server, we will check to see if there are any attachments saved for that record and if so, download it. After the information has arrived we will have to update a simple Excel spreadsheet. Full detail of this project is included in word format as an attachment to this bid request. I will need the following: VB code for the client software, ASP code for the server to allow VB client to check DB and download résumés and other info. Over all it is not a very complicated program, but you must be efficient in VB and ASP to deliver this fast. This project MUST be completed within a week. If you think you cannot do it in that time frame, do not bid. I have prepared a VB project with the forms, and also the database both for the server side and also for the client side (VB). DO NOT USE THIRD PARTY COMPONENTS, EXCEPT THE INCLUDED MS AND VB COMPONENTS. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
