Description:
We are a small start up specialist site dealing in recruitment for the charity sector. I enclose a draft brief for a site we wish to have developed. We require ONLY THE BEST. Please look at it and and post your quote. Obtain a full SPEC from kwikweb@btinternet.com
Deliverables: The system will consist of a database of : Organisations Vacancies and Jobseekers
The system will store details of employers, their vacancies and details of jobseekers across Voluntary, Commercial and Agency sectors.
The website will store this information in its database searchable from the site. Employers will be able to add/modify/remove details of jobs, via their own logins.
The website will allow jobseekers to register with the site, and produce an ‘online CV&' detailing their qualifications, past work experience, etc. The system will automatically inform jobseekers via email when a new vacancy becomes available that suits their requirements based on their profile. They will need to return to NGO to view the matched vacancies.
The site will be in two sections -Voluntary positions and Commercial sector.
The site be enabled for e-commerce in bronze, silver gold and platinium modes in the master Admin pa
Employers Employers may register with the site by supplying: Company/Organisation name Contact name Full Postal Address Email Address Organisation Sector ( Voluntary / Commercial / Agency ) The system will email them their unique username and password for the NGO site.
The employer can login with this information, and post vacancies for display by supplying the following information: Job Sector ( Voluntary / Commercial / Agency) Job Title Job Type ( IT, Secretarial, Manual, Legal, Managerial, etc. ) Job Location Job Description Job Hours Required Qualifications Salary
Employers will also be able to search the jobseekers database for people suitable for their vacancies. These will be supplied un-named but with a unique code that matches the jobseekers registration details. Details of how this is resolved via NGO require to be worked out with input from the programmer. Jobseekers Jobseekers may register with the site by supplying: Name, Address,Phone Numbers (Daytime, Evening, Mobile), Email Address
The system then emails the jobseeker with their username and password.
The jobseeker may login with this information. When they have done so, they may also specify: Qualifications Previous Work Experience Job Type(s) sought Job Sector wanted ( Voluntary / Commercial / Agency ) Hours willing to work Salary range The jobseeker can set the system to email them when vacancy becomes available.
The jobseeker also may use advanced search, to browse only jobs which match their specifications.
Public/Website browsers The front end of the site includes a search engine for vacancies. The browser may specify: Type of job(s) Job Location(s) Salary Range Job Sector ( Voluntary / Commercial )
The system then produces a list of suitable jobs based on the specifications entered.
Enquiring about Jobs When a job is displayed from a search, the system does not provide contact details for the employer or organisation advertising the vacancy. To enquire about a vacancy, the browser uses the “Enquire Here” link on the vacancy advertisement. On the Enquiry form, the jobseeker may supply their name and contact details, which are then logged with the system. If the jobseeker has registered with the site and has logged in, these details are filled in automatically from the information the jobseeker supplied at registration. MORE....

I have 14+ years in software development, certified by Microsoft.
I have completed 9 large web development projects, including last two projects on Rent-A-Coder. I have got nice references from all buyers I ever worked for (see my portfolio).
Full comments, detailed how-to-use manual and thorough testing are guaranteed. Month of free maintenance is included into the price. If you are looking for guaranteed bug-free quality and full satisfaction - then choose my bid.
I would suggest to use MS SQL Server as a back-end and ASP, JavaScript as a front-end for better maintainability, the code will be compatible with both Internet Explorer and Netscape. I would say, that the task is extremely clear, that is very rear to meet.
You can trust me; 26 of 27 buyers rated me 10, one rated me 9.
Don&'t go for amateurs; seek professional assistance!
Sincerely Oleg, Top Coder #65 |
