The impression this should give is the overwhelm of filing papers. This needs to be professional looking, no clipart and not cartoonish. No less than 60 seconds duration. I would like to incorporate this into an existing powerpoint slide show that I distribute on CD as well as have it on my website. Therefore it needs to be in a format that will be the smallest KB possible so there is not a long load time. Codec needs to be included, if applicable, so no one has to download a program to view file. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Platform: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows XP and all versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape. Must include auto loading codec so video runs automatically without the need to download any program.
