Description:
I would like to setup an adult dateing site. I can handle all the grapic and layout issues, what I can not do is the codeing for the backend stuff.
I need something setup in ASP, or MSQL.. or whatever you think is best to run this thing. It should have items such as search be age, location, zip code, area, etc. Users should be able to upload a profile photo, and have a small personal gallery. I'd also like to have them to have a message center as well.
All of this should be able to be linked into a credit card processing system. I use Ibill.com, and would like it set-up so that they can join for free, create an account for free, but must then pay to contact other memebers or see there personal gallerys.
Of course, this should all have an easy admin setup.
Please note, I will only look at sample websites you've created on this project. I will not accept, nor talk to anyone who "Pre-starts" work on the project before there bid is accepted.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

Let me start by saying that I am extremely excited about this project, and I actually have a business proposal for you.
What are your thoughts on forming a working relationship between us? I am willing to do all of the coding and help with management in exchange for a partnership with the site. A dating site can get to be very complex and offer a lot of features, but honestly for $130, you will not get the type of code you deserve to be successfull. With myself having a vested interest in the success of the site, I will build you (us) the BEST dating site on the web!
I would need however to get a quick look at your design ideas and possibly a business plan if you have on.
