This system allows clients to enter 'trouble tickets' remotely. An engineer can then analyze the situation and make a service call based on the sevarity of the problem. The application manages all of the 'issues' and allows you to perform many functions including comprehensive reporting.
ERM (ExtraDev Remote Monitoring)
A combination of a web-based reporting system and windows-based service. The windows-based portion is a service that runs on the client&'s PC. This service pushes the windows event logs to a remote monitoring server at scheduled intervals. The remote monitoring server imports, analyzes, and organizes the incoming data. Once organized, the data is available through a web-interface.

A powerful accounting package that manages all of Xerox's real-estate nationwide.
Yates County DSS Employee Time-Tracking System
A web-based system for employees to enter all time. The system keeps track of the type of hours worked (regular, vacation, personal, etc.), and allows managers and supervisors to easily manage all Employees. A 2 step approval process insures only the correct hours become logged for payroll. On top of providing comprehensive reports, the system allows the managers to export data in a variety of formats.
