Description:
Note: This web-emailer was posted here at rentacoder and I chosen a winner. However, it was never finished by the programmer. After two weeks disappeared and after many emails and messages thru ICQ never heard of him again. It is based on Php and mysql. I posted again, but because of unpresendeted things that happened I wasn't here and I just came 3 days ago and wanted to pick a programmer, but the project was cancelled by rentacoder.com. Please bid fast and be sure you are able to finish the project in time and bugs free.
I ONLY HAVE $30.00 IN ESCROW FOR THIS PROJECT AT RENTACODER.COM. IF YOU HAVE A SIMILAR WEB-BASED EMAILER THAT WANT TO SELL ME, LET ME KNOW KNOW. PLEASE BID LOWER THAN $50.00 FOR THIS PROJECT. PREFERRED $30.00, THE AMOUNT I HAVE ON ESCROW.

According to the programmer the project was almost complete with missing features and debugs to be done. Here is what's need to be done according to what the programmer said he was missing:
. Unsubscribe
. Fix mysql database to handle large lists of 100ths of thousands of emails.
. Not quite sure whether stop and start buttons work as they are supposed to.
. manage lists (edit, delete a list, rename)
. download unsubscribe list
. Sendmail. Operator of the script is to be able whether to choose from SMTP or sendmail way.
. Expected to work for LINUX and windows. But we'll accept only LINUX if necessary.

This script is to be complete as possible. We want someone that has the knowledge to finish it and do it as soon as possible. Someone that will provide us with a free bugs script that will allow us to send many emails at the same time.
We keep the copyrights of this script and once it is done we'll pay the programmer the amount agreed.
Include on your bid pricing and time it will take you to complete such a work. If you have previous experience with this type of script also include it.
