Description:
I'm in an intermediate level VB class dealing with databases. It's been over a year since I've the first class (big mistake) and have forgotten most of the material. Due to my work schedule I have to take the class over the Internet so I don't have any personal attention from the instructor. What I'll need from you is to take on the role of a personal tutor. When I'm stuck on something I'll send info on what the project is what I've done so far. You'll be correcting things and pointing me in the right direction. I will have a lot of question over the next few weeks and then occasional support through the rest of the term. I'm willing to pay a minimum of $100 but I'm also open to negotiations. Send me what you think would be fair.
Deliverables: Helpful advice, willing to be in contact at least three time a week. Clean examples of specified code.
Platform:
VB 6.0 using Microsoft Access

Hi,
I've worked with quite a few students here at RAC. I would be glad to tutor you - my code samples following general coding conventions, are exceptionally well commented and relatively easy to follow. If you can give me some idea of what you're working on (DAO, ADO, ODBC, etc.), I'll submit my bid (it won't be very much). Meanwhile, if you have a moment, please review my online resume and client comments regarding my performance on their projects.
Good luck to you with your class and best regards,
Michael Sharp |
