With this system, it adds to the owners' convenience, as they will be able to make their booking in the comfort of their home, anytime, anywhere. Additional features includes: discussion forum, announcements page, auction, voting on issues, advertisement/classifieds. These are under different sections of the website. The booking system should be flexible in order to change the number of facilities available in the condominium/resort, and can offer a wide range of time slots that the owner can choose from. Each unit/owner in the condominium/resort will be given a user id and a password to assess the system. This is to ensure that only the legitimate owners of the condominium/resort are allowed to book the facility. Once they have entered the system, they can choose any facility available to them, the date they wish to book it and the time slots for that particular day. The users are also given a quota and they will only be able to book up to the maximum of the pre-set quota for each week. However, there is the walk-in facility function where the residents can check for any available time slot for the particular facility on the day itself and book it. When the walk-in facility function is used, it does not affect the quota given to the resident.
