Description:
I need to know the answers to the following questions:
1.) What is the size limits on importing emoticon gifs into MSN Messenger 6.0. Any size can be imported but the image is shrunk. I need to know the largest size that you can import before the image is changed.
2.) What are the steps to import emoticons into Yahoo messenger. I would prefer a link to some directions on the web so I can include it into a FAQ.
3.) I need to now the steps to import emoticons into the incredimail program. Same as question 2, would like a link to directions on web if possible.
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

The maximum size of an emoticon in MSN 6 (.png format is default, gif, jpg, etc) is 19x19 pixels before having to be resized.
