Has not completed the job despite promising to do so on many occasions over many months. As recently as two weeks ago he assured me he would "get back to me in 20 hours" and would fix the problems. I have not heard from him since. A constant pattern of broken assurances and no support.

VB is very experienced whom I found very very flexible when it comes to projects. He faced some problem initially to understand my project, but when explained him by chatting in details, he did a wonderful job. I recommend VB to anyone who is looking for an experienced, corporative and flexible coder. |

Ipower is one of the best and I do mean best coders that I have worked with. Contact was great with them and the detail that they put into their projects is the best I have seen. They gave me way more then I even expected. I would "HIGHLY" recommend them if you have a project that you need done on time, with good detail and good communication. Venky is a good coder with a very professional attitude towards his projects. I was concerned before I accepted his bid that the time zone difference (I'm in US, he's in India) could mean a lag in communication. Venky put that fear to rest by being available for my calls 24/7, often working late into the nights so as to be available when I was up and working. He successfully completed all his deliverables in lesser time than allotted. I had basically asked him to create and implement an Access based ASP reporting system within one week. I had time to test the code two days before the deadline even ran out, he was that good!!! The code is clean, and functional. Venky accomodated my last minute requests and changes with a very positive attitude. I highly recommend him and his work. I will definitely be working with him myself again. |
