While I have suggested a max of US$800 I am open to a higher fee if it is clear it must be so and I have underestimated the scope. A full spec for the database exists and there is a reasonable job spec. In summary ; Add and maintain Family group Add and maintain Individual medical profile and history Add and Maintain Doctors and Hospitals ability to import from an asci file to load database. Record events that take place to a transaction file User Login, Sessions, and time out required. I am looking for database interface creation based on spec, database interface, ASP coding and a good user experience by way of screen events. No real graphics work is required as we will supply that but the layout of the screens is important. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, basic documentation within code. Complete and unconditional copyrights and release to all work purchased. A non disclosure agreement will need to be signed.
