Description:
Need web page to edit user group table and mapping table. The zip file has the page design and sql tables and stored procedures for the page. The page is editing a usergroup table and adding users to a mapping table. Read include for details and layout. Needs to be done in ASP.NET C# language. I have provide SQL to create necessary tables and stored procedures. Code on you side and provide a DSN variable that can be changed to match our system when we accept.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
