Snowsoft is clearly a smart guy. He threw together a complex, commented, and well functioning app in an incredibly short amount of time. As a novice, I didn't understand how his application was working, and while his english is a second language, he did send me graphics that took me step by step through the process needed to set up the program on my system. He was patient with my lack of knowlege, and never seemed annoyed that I needed more help. |
