Bid Request Id: 6143

Description:
Create a sequential file for employee information and call it employee.dat. Each record will contain fields for first name, last name, SSN, and hourly pay rate. Write a project to process payroll. The application will load the employee into an array of user-defined types from the sequential file with an extra field for the pay. The form will contain labels for the information from the array and display one record at a time.
A command button called Final Pay will use a For/Next loop to process the array. First, display an input box for the number of hours worked, calculate the pay and add the totals. Then, display the labels for the next employee. (Place the pay into the extra field in the array). The Exit button will print a report on the printer and terminate the project. (Print the array). Processing: Hours over 40 receive time-and-a-half pay. Accumulate the total number of hours worked, the total number of hours of overtime, and the total amount of pay.
Report Fields: Employee Name, Hours Worked, Hours Overtime, Pay Rate, Amount Earned
Deliverables: Save project file to a floppy disk. One Form, no additional modules. Need executable file and all code. May accept higher bids for work that can be done more quickly.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
