Hi
I could use Outlook Application_Reminder event to send the email to the attendees according to your setting.
The attendees do not need outlook. But the sender need outlook and keep it running. When a Reminder (appointment or meeting) accurs, it will start Application_Reminder. In Application_Reminder, I will provide you the macro to send the email to attendees.
Thanks>BR> |
