This is the second time that I've used Ronny. I knew that I'd be able to give him this work and that it would be completed on time. It is only a small project, but he has treated it as a major one, keeping in touch with me on a daily basis with updates and has always asked questions when he is not sure about something rather than just making an ill-informed decision as so many programmers can do.
Will I use him again :) ? I think the answer to that is obvious |

I was tempted to say that Ronny was not very good - just to make sure he would be availble when I need to use him in the future!! :)
Keen, hard working and willing to go the extra mile would all be words and phrases that describe Ronnys work. His solution was innovative, and his coding was tight - he even created a demo before I'd accepted any bids. His level of professionalism will stand him in good stead for future work. Indeed, he only bidded $20 for his work (in comparison to others who's bids were up to $70) so I gave him an extra $10 because of what he had done.
One thing that made Ronny stand out on this project was that we did hit a problem 50% of the way through - unlike other coders that I have worked with who would moan, or ask for more money, Ronny just got on with it and came up with a solution. |
