While the amount of work done was beyond the original specification, Robert didn't have any problem in understanding that and sending this bonus.

Mr. Gerace was great working with! He was ALWAYS available. Whenever I needed something or had to ask him a question, he was there. He definitely understands the coder's point of view, and keeps his specifications straightforward and practical. To work on any project for him would be a great pleasure. |

Robert keeps the relationship at the professional level all the time. Open to suggestions, flexible and reasonable, he has a good knowledge of what he is asking and the implications of his request.
