Description:
http://www.crcivr.com needs a facelift for 2002. I want flash, in fact, I want it to look very much like http://www.premium-security.com
The site needs to be better than the competition ( www.rw3.com / www.thinque.com / www.unisolinc.com
We have a brochure, and some graphics, but I'm really looking for something that communicates well.
The project will involve 10 to 12 pages, and each page will involve a topic. I'll supply the topic for each page, and your job will be to find and create graphics that support the topic, in a way that blends with the overall site.
I'll supply text for each page that supports the topic.
The most important factor, is the site needs to sell Computer Resource Center, Inc. as a company that can provide the very best, top of the line, most technical solutions.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional website as well as complete source code of all work done (and legal graphics).
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
The site needs to be viewable by IE and Netscape.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Jun 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed by June 1, 2002
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

The sites of rw3 and unisolinc are very poor in visual appeal, so what you have to worry is thinque, but it's not really like that.
