Description:
Please view the rather plain attached powerpoint presentation. It is a brochure for a company.
We would like it converted to a website, but it should look very nice, artistic, and have nice graphics.
The front page should be html and allow either a 'slow connection' or 'high speed connection' view.
The slow connection will be static html. The Highspeed connection will be flash opening, with html after the flash.
The goal here is to not be too flashy, but make it look more professional than it looks right now.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 2000 Server IIS 5.0, Macromedia Flash 5.0
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Sep 20, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
