Dispute Resolution / Arbitration
To ensure a safe and fair outcome, all disputes are resolved
according to the site rules of arbitration.
If you are the buyer:
If you would like a refund, please state so and also include (in list format) the specific thing or things which you originally asked for in your
bid request that you did not receive.
For fastest resolution, please be specific.
As a part of ensuring fairness, we cannot just immediately cancel your bid request without giving the other party a chance to respond, and possibly verifying each party's claims if a dispute over what happened arises.
If you are in a time-crunch and cannot wait for this process, you may wish to repost your bid request (or choose another bidder from your original bid request) before arbitration concludes. If you wish to do this, please just mention it below.
If you are the coder:
For fastest resolution, please be specific and detail both the bid request URL and exactly why you are putting
this bid request into arbitration (i.e. buyer not responding, mutually agreed to call it off, etc.)
