Description:
Allow visitors to my website to simple enter their email address, click the send button and have the files that they want from my website emailed to them as attachments. This would be in place of the visitor downloading the files. Visitor would retrieve attached files from their email.
Features include:
1. Validate email address
2. Automatically email files as attachments
3. Can attach multiple files to 1 email
4. Supports both ASCII or Binary as attached files
o Examples: JPG image, ZIP archive, MP3, PDF, DOC, TXT
5. Supports the following
o Specific email subject line - related to attached file
o Specific email body - related to attached file
o Specific file attachment(s)
6. Admin section for adding/updating/deleting files that would be sent by email
o file attachments and location
o email subject line
o email body
7. Option to log and count the following information in database
o Each file that was emailed
o Visitor&'s IP address
o Visitors email address
o Files that where emailed
o Date/time stamp that files where emailed
8. Statistics page that shows how many times each of the files has been emailed from database
o Both in ascending order and searchable by:
o Each file that emailed
o Visitor&'s IP address
o Visitors email address
o Files that where emailed
o Date/time stamp
9. Database would be MS Access or can be MS SQL
10. Would prefer to use CDONT for email, but open for recommendations like ASPEmail.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code and documentation of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Will be used hosted on Windows NT/2000 with IIS. Support for popular Microsoft applications such as Active Server Pages, ASP.NET, Cold Fusion, FrontPage server extensions, database connectivity to Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL.
Support for the following components:
- CDONT
- ServerObjects ASPMail
- ServerObjects ASQMail
- Persits Software ASPEmail
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Mar 15, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
