Description:
I need a single function or routine that takes a text from a textbox and converts it to a wave sound. There is a program that does this called Active-Sound 2.5. I need something that does the exact text to wave function that that program has. I assume you would have to use MS Agent for the voices. Any more questions, feel free to ask.
Deliverables:
Complete source code of all programming work done
