Description:
Create a mailing list by reading records containg mailing list. I will supply full details of project upon accepting a bid. The out put is mailing addresses that appear twice vertically aligned with a dotted line between two rows of addresses.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Bid Based Upon:
- As COBOL differs in the handling of printing and file access dependent upon the target machine that the program is to be compiled/run upon, I require delivery to me a copy of any working COBOL program source listing that operates on the system you wish to target and reads data from the type of file that would be input to your task (not necessarily the same file) and outputs any data to the printer.
- After receipt of the above code, along with the specifications as to the file layout of your mailing-list file and the desired printer layout, I could return the finished COBOL program (only one is required) that would read your mailing-list file and print your labels within one day of bid acceptance and deposit of escrow payment.
- This program will be delivered error free and will meet your specifications exactly.
- Should you desire to make any changes after seeing the output produced, I will make one replacement program per your new specifications at no additional cost to you.
The reason for my low bid is that I am new to this site (but not to programming; see my online resume) and wish to accumulate some excellent ratings. Hence you get your project completed at a bargain price.
