Description:
The project consist of simple data entry. No programming required.
I currently have a Microsoft Access Table. The table consists of contact information of some corporations. The fields are the following:
Company Name:
Address:
Company Type:( From a list of options)
City:
State:
Zip Code:
Country:
URL:
Contact Name:
Phone:
Fax:
Email:
I have attached in the bid page a copy of the database with the table. Download it and see it
I have also enclosed a word document with the instructions of the project and the directory sources and URLs to populate the database.
The table has a few entries. I need to add around 2000 more entries or more.
The information that needs to be added is located in a few (2-3) on-line web directories so most likely the information will have to be typed in the table.
You could use a bot and/or script to help you populate the table faster but some entries will have to be TYPED BY HAND. As you need to go to the actual web site and look at it yourself.
The table will consist of around 2000 entries. So quote me a price for 2000 entries. Uncompleted records would NOT be paid. All entries must be present to be a valid record.
Also I need coder to quote me price per entry. This is in case there are more than 2000 entries.
Ex. "$0.02 per entry"
I have enclosed a file in my bid page with all the needes information like:
- Instructions
- Directories sources
- Sample Database
Feel free to ask me any questions. Make sure that you understand all the project requirements and details before you bid on it.
Remember that this table WILL NEED some manual data entry since there are entries that cannot be obtained by the use of a bot and or script.
If you make use of a script to help you populate the database you could deliver the script. Just let me know what your script does and how much you want for it.
But remember my main goal is the populated database not the script, as database could be done by manual data entry.
Deliverables:
Microsoft access table filled with needed entries.
Entries should be complete and with correct information to be valid for payment.
OPTIONAL: sctipt or program that help you populate the database.

Coder should also tell me how long he expect to have the database finished.

| Hey its me again. Just putting my bid in and I think i could have it done in two weeks. So your not going to pay for a record thats missing one piece of data? Ex: no fax or no e-mail address? I've done about 200 records and i've noticed some don't have a fax number, some don't have a webpage, there's one that didnt' have a zip code, some places outside the USA don't have states.
