Urgent! -
I have about 2 feedback forms to connect and return data by email on a website that is near to completion. Server access FTP will be provided the server runs on Windows 2000. See http://www.eltermere.co.uk/enquiries/index.htm and

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
