Description:
It is a small assignment for the begining perl programmers. I would like to receive exactly how it should work.
Deliverables:
the program should work in perl latest version and it should use strict and warning functions; also the variables should be declared on the top before we start using in the program.
I need the program as soon as possible, I have attached the file which has the requirements.
