I have two specific needs. 1.)establishing a membership area where Realtors and consumers can sign up as members and input their info onto a form, with the info going into a database. When a consumer searches for a Realtor by state and city, the registered Realtors info appears. There are two levels of membership, one for free and one paying. Only the paying member info will appear and some will have personal photos. The member should have the ability to change their listing at any time. 2.) The other need is for a RFP form whereby a consumer can place a request for proposal, and then that request gets sent to registered members in their location or area of expertise. Ideally the member would be notified by email that a RFP is awaiting them at the site. Limited budget. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
