We will be including this with a package of our other products so documentation will be required as well. It should also be done in either Java or C# (we are primarily a Java shop). Main requirements are listed below: 1) Must run in the task bar of the client system 2) Must have to ability to launch on startup (or maybe run as a service) 3) Must be capable to run in a standalone mode (in case users just install the blocker) 4) Must have a visual indicator as to the status of the blocker (is it running or not) 5) Not required but would be nice would be a logging capability (IE: number of messages blocked, etc.) We may have additional work for the right programmer as well. Decision on additional work will be based on the quality of work. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Documentation must be included to ensure a smooth transition to the development team. I already have this coded. Enhancments --- We can have the option to run the program on startup, hide it on startup etc..so it will load into the systemtray. I can add a system tray icon that will reside next to the clock where you can enable or disable ip blocking. Custom windows installer that will have your website link etc.. I will attach a screen shot for one that I have already done. I look forward to hear from you.
