Description:
I need a working socks4 daemon for windows ( only one .exe without config files ).
Also I would prefer this to be written in Delphi and I want the sources for it too. Other languages are welcome too.
The process of it must stay invisible background.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
All versions of windows.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

After reading:

I've made the socks4 daemon as a standalone executable in assembly language implementing the CONNECT operation.
The reasons why I made it in assembly are:
1) It runs faster.
2) It is small (4 kilobytes).
3) It does not need any additional dll.
When you click in the executable, it runs in background and the only way you can close it is with control+alt+del, thats what you want, right?
I can deliver you the program(executable) and source code as soon as you accept my bid.
