Description:
I need (3) Three seperate scripts for my Red Hat Linux
that will do the following. Preffered Perl...
Script #1
==========
Will need to add/remove users from my Radius "users" file and reload the radius server.
This is done by adding the following to a plan text file located in /etc/raddb/users
username Password = "userspassword",
Service=Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed=Protocol = PPP,
Idle-Timeout = 5500
Need both a command line utility for adding the users
as well as a webpage based scripts. Will also need to
be able to remove from this file as well.
Need to check users file to make sure user does
not already exist, and if it does let you know.
Will need to run the following command after each time
the users file is changed:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/radiusd.init reload
Script #2
=============
Will need to add/remove users to my Linux system by command prompt and webpage. I use the following when manually adding my users.
adduser -s /bin/false -c "user(at)mydomain.com" user -m
passwd user <SET USERS PASSWORD>
chmod 755 /home/user <SET PERMISSIONS ON USERS HOME>
Script will need to add users with the above form and
script here will also need to make sure the user
does not already exist, and have the ability to remove
users as well as add them. Here again Ineed a command
line scripts and a web based script so I canadd them
from a webpage.
Script #3
============
This is probably the easy one.
I use a command from the BASH called "radwho"
When I type this command it will list ALL my current
connected users. I would like to be able to view this
list from a webpage. Basicly I would like a web based
script that echos this command back to a webpage.
I have tried to explain this as best as possible, if
there is anything that is not understood please contact me.
Must have ALL code and setup procedures included.
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Red Hat Linux 9.0

Greetings,
my name is Philip Reynolds and I work for RFC Networks and software and network consultancy firm.
You may be asking why my bid is so low, when your asking price is set at a maximum of $75. I have just joined RentaCoder and am currently trying to get rated on jobs. It seems much harder to get bigger jobs when you have no rating. Therefore I am completely willing to do this task for you, for a very low amount, in the hope that you will choose me.
I can complete this project for you in 1 day (i.e. 24 hours from when I start). I will provide you with the three scripts you need and any installation procedures you need to run through.
I have 6 years experience developing PERL on Linux and FreeBSD machines as well as 6 years administration experience of Linux and FreeBSD machines. I've worked mainly with FreeBSD 4.x, 5.x, RedHat 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 7.x and Debian 1.3.x & 2.x
I spend most of my work at RFC Networks automating inhouse procedures with tools like Perl and Python. I can complete the job in a timely, concise and documented manner (my code is also always well commented).
I have large amounts of experience with Radius, Apache, BIND and Postfix as well as numerous amounts of other free software.
Some things I will need from you: - Redhat version - Perl version - Apache version
I hope your bid goes succesfully whatever candidate you choose.
Regards, -- Philip Reynolds Senior Software Developer at RFC Networks Ltd. |
